Studio CC is currently working with the homeowners of a property located on Cape Cod in Massachusetts on the shores of a local pond.  This project will be completed in a series of phases with the first phase pictured here having a reading room and deck built above a small existing boat house.  Later phases will include the addition of a tree house connected to the reading room, a deck / viewing platform up the hill overlooking the pond and eventually a widows walk on the main house itself.
